Best time to play: Week-ends between 1:30 and 4:00 PM (while my kids nap :-) )

Played on and off while growing up but never really dedicated myself to the sport. 2 months ago I started playing again after a 9 years hiatus and I am trying to take it more seriously this time. I can probably rally with a 3.5 player on the baseline and keep him or her entertained but I lack a lot of fundamental skills to play a competitive game (poor serve, bad touch and weak volley). I am looking for someone courteous and friendly to have fun with. Just rallying and training each other's weak spots would be great. I am happy to play friendly games as well (expect a lot of double faults).
